Experience is the key
Having lived in a shared house through my University days I fully understand the importance of well-maintained properites. Every aspect of my houses are in good working order and are fully equiped with all of the safety measure required by Leeds City Council.
I have been letting houses to young and youngish professional people on a shared basis for over 8 years.
The houses usually have four or five people sharing, they all have easy access into Leeds city centre, are fully furnished, and whats more, the rent includes all of the bills (some also include broadband).
I am looking for young working professionals who are sociable, tidy and can respect the other housemates!
