Once you are one of my tenants you can earn incentives. All you need to do is recommend me to one of your friends/work collegues - once they sign a minimum 6 month tenancy agreement at one of my houses, you will earn yourself a free case of beer/alcopops (or HMV vouchers).
If you feel you can recommend me on a regular basis (via staff notice boards etc) we can work out a more detailed incentive scheme.

I have been a member of the Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) since February 2006. There are just over 250 members of the LLAS in Leeds. Becoming a member involves the Leeds Council Environmental Health Department carrying out in depth property inspections at your properties. They require very high standards in terms of, Health, Safety and comfort.
