Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme
Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme is a voluntary scheme that Private Residential Landlords are encouraged to join.
Leeds Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS) is setting the pace for safer, more secure homes to rent. If you are looking to rent, choosing an LLAS member assures quality, healthy and safe accomodation that has a professional and respectful landlord. The Council monitors the LLAS and the bad landlords are not allowed to join.
